In the past, only men were seen as the working members of society, but as time went on, women starting joining the workforce and using their power to bridge the gender gap in different career industries. PowerForce was created to show you how women are being mistreated, what has been done about it, and what you can do to help.

Since women were granted the right to vote a century ago, the U.S. has made many strides in creating a more diverse and inclusive political sphere. Unfortunately, there is still a long way to go, and women are still the minority in most aspects of politics.

While women account for 51% of the population in the United States, they make up only:
